Moving plants

Well I still have one peony blooming....but for the most part they are finished. What I am wondering is .....if its okay to move them now.....even though they are still bushy and green?

I want to start planting the new flower beds....but most of the plants that I want to move are in full bloom now. So I have to wait...but.....I will be moving some delphs maybe today as well.

As long as they finished blooming, go for it.....however on a day like today here in Wainwright +37C, I'd make sure they are getting plenty of water ;)

Hi Sharon,

Well I did move it yesterday. It started to sulk immediately. I am thinking of cutting it back. The stems are laying flat on the ground now.

We haven't had a day over 23 yet this year. It rained all yesterday afternoon, but I watered the plants I planted in before I gave up and came in. In the 9 years that I have lived here, I have never seen temps as high as 37. WOW!
