I wouldn't have thought it to be a sunflower seems too small. I thought some type of rudbeckia. But who am I to guess. Thanks for the help. SUNFLOWER wins it!

Yes there are many different sizes of sunflowers. I have grown two different ornamental ones that had surprisingly small flowers, and several per stem.

It may be Pacino Cola - I grew them last year and loved them. A great way to have sunflowers if you don't have a lot of space

No more need for me to worry what the flower was named, either someone or something came by and took all the flowers off of it. LOL. Now even if I wanted seeds...they are gone OMG! If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all. Too bad. Really liked this little guy awww. Thanks for your help anyways! LOL Gotta laugh or I will cry...

Thank is terribly kind offer...in my time of mourning. LOL. I would love some seeds. Never turn down seeds, they grow the friendships of tomorrow...eeewwwwww, that sounded cheesy. BUT YES, I would love some if you have a few to spare. That was very kind of you to offer. I will wait for your address to mail SASE. Probably the squirrels or blue jays that were hanging around today. Just wait until those little buggers bury those peanuts in my garden.....Thanks again!
