New Grandson

I have a brand new grandson. His middle name is James, his first name undecided...He has a head full of dark hair and is a little well rounded fella!

I have some type of bug and can't go to see him until I'm over it.

Thanks Rita, I will admit they have beautiful children but this three under four years old!!! All boys. Yes, I am looking forward to seeing this one, and I probably will get to do that tomorrow.

Congratulations on your new grandson. Take a photo of him when you finally get to see him, and let us know what was decided about the first name.

Thank you Kay! My mother in law told us she was better when my first son was born and came up to see him with a snot-rag in hand! I was so angry. We both ended up in urgent care- me with a "Z" pack and he had to tough it out, sleeping in his car seat to keep him upright. I dislike her greatly for being so selfish.

Your grandkids are lucky to have such a smart grandma! Your daughter/in-law will thank you for it...

Oh! And CONGRATS!!! I have 2 boys and they are the monsters/loves of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

    They have named him
silas Jams, and he will be called Silas. The other little boys are Jonah and Noah. The oldest one is Caleb. (There is a girl too, Emily. She is the oldest and gripes about being the only one with a non-Bibical name.

They had considered Gavin James, and I am glad they went with Silas.

Thanks you all for checking in and commenting on Mr. Silas. I hope to get to see him either tomorrow or the next day, but will not risk taking a germ to a new mom and a newborn. I would have no excuse since I'm an RN, I know better.

We will be chking on on him and his sibs quite soon. You know I will post a picture. They say that he had a headful of hair.
