how far should i prune these trees?

I just realised, there are 2 trees not 1.
I don't think these trees has ever been pruned, the 2 combined are about 30 feet long and 12 feet wide. and around 30 feet high.
I want to propagate as many cuttings as I can get, which will be a lot (:0)
Any advice will be much appreciated.

don't prune too much or you wont get a good breba crop next spring.

but since you're in zone8 Georgia, you still have a month or two before it gets cold, giving you some leeway to do a little pruning, and giving the trees some time to regrow a bit before it gets too cold and they go dormant for the winter.

Or you could wait till the tree(s) go dormant and prune then. It's easier to prune to a desired shape without all the leaves in the way.

Thanks guys for the advice.
I think I will take some soft cuttings this week to clone, then clone what I get from pruning when dormant.
