I agree, got the tomatoes, cucs, and zucs through the F%%#@ this past weekend, I still have lots coming. Could do without the flying aphids though. My back yard, where I could be doing lots of work, is unbearable. Hope the sun fry's them all.

I don't know...way too hot for me! My flats of fall crops - spinach, pak choi, etc - are also struggling in the heat. I'm waiting for the first frost to arrive so I can pull out the summer crops and plant the fall veggies.

I don't mind the temperatures, but the lack of rainfall is starting to concern me, I dug in some trees this weekend, and there was no moisture in the first 2 feet.

It's actually a little too hot for me, too.

I'd prefer high of 22-24, but I'll take the heat before the cold any day.

The tomatoes will at least get a chance to ripen if they don't fry first, although I've heard some people do like fried green tomatoes, LOL!

The flower bed is blooming like crazy, and I must say I love deadheading annuals in September =:)

It was 23 here today and beautiful and we never got any f**** the other night, so it's all good! :)

It's supposed to be hot all week here in Calgary. Whoot!

And it can get better: Cancel winter, go straight to spring :P

Hmmmm.....the forecast for today is 30C. I wonder how far I will get in this far north yard? Good thing the mornings are cool.....:)
