Ramblin Red Rose on the prairies?

IÂve heard this one can come through a zone 3 winter with a fair bit of live wood, though IÂve also read about dieback problems in zone 4 and 5 ... so, itÂs hard to know what to think? Derived from Henry Kelsey and said to be superior to HK in hardiness, is anyone having luck with it?

How about Henry Kelsey itself? Back on the farm, it often had died back ... though, IÂve now planted another one in a very protected location.
