oxalis bulbs

I have a couple of different non-hardy oxalis I was using in containers outside that I want to winter over. One is green with a dark center that I did store last winter in peat moss. It gets pink flowers. The surprising thing is that this year the bulbs are large like small carrots instead of just the tiny bulblets I had last year. I'm confused as to why they would look so different this year. But I'm assuming I can just put those in peat moss again.

The one I need help with is just the white flowering plain green one that is a house plant. It also has little bulbs, that look like little pine cones. I'm wondering if I can put those dormant in peat moss also. I have just too many house plants as it is and would rather not have to keep them growing.

Anyone else storing oxalis for the winter? I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks.
