My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a winner in the making folks. A good friend of mine and private collector sent me some cuttings and I rooted them. I shared with a couple friends.
This tree was started in January from a cutting and it fruited a couple. I bumped into one and dropped but this one pictured below was at the bottom of the tree untouched and unharmed. It was ripe and slightly mushy to the touch.
It was roughly 3qtr inch in diameter but I think the fruit should be slightly larger. Maybe just a bit smaller than a golf ball.

Was fruit juicy with a hint of citric. Had just a bit of crunch from the seeds.

The tree stands roughly 4' tall in a 2gl. pot. It will get up potted for sure.
