Do you already have them, or can you cancel the order?

I'm no garlic expert that's for sure, but I can tell you my experience last fall. A friend of my DH sent over a handful of hard neck garlic cloves late into Oct. I was sure it was too late to plant but rushed outside and plunged them into the garden. I was very surprised this spring when they all came up. So if you do already have the garlic, I would at least plant some of them. It's worth the try IMHO. Unless your soil is frozen solid that is.

I agree, if you have them put them in. If you don't try to cancel your order. I am assuming that you ordered/have hard neck garlic. If so, they are normally planted in the fall. If you ordered/have soft neck they are planted in the spring.

I just planted my hard neck garlic 2 days ago.
