Welcome to the forum! I lived in Calgary for 8 years prior to moving back to Edmonton so I'm familiar with the zones. I have ordered seeds from all of the ones you have mentioned and continue to do so. Another of my favorites is T&T in Manitoba. Just google them for their web site and you can request a catalogue or order directly from the site. Always lots of seed for the money. For hardy traditional flower seeds I really like Swallowtail Seeds in the US. Also good prices and lots of seed. They have a great collection of Hollyhock and Nasturtium. Maybe check out Rene's(USA) and McFayden (Canada) on the internet. Easy ordering.

I also order from Veseys. I also order from William Dam seed in Hamilton. Another one for shorter growing seasons is T&T seeds in Manitoba. I have never ordered from them but heard good things about them. You said that you order from T&M, are you aware that McKenzie seeds sells T&M seeds? Just thought I'd mention it. Marg

bdgardener, I'm live about 25 minutes east of Olds Alberta, on a nice high hill. I order a lot of my basic seeds from Alberta Nurseries, in Bowden. They have a few specialities, with their Northern Extreme tomatoes and pumpkins. I love the pumkins and the Arctic Sunspot (tiny yellow ) tomatoes. I wouldn't recommend them for nursery stock though. I've always been quite disappointed with the quality and condition of their plants, even when I've picked them up right in Bowden. Otherwise, I order most of the rest of my seeds from Stokes, with some from Vesey's, McFaydens, and T&T, if anything looks interesting.

I like Seeds and Moore in Canada as well as Swallowtail. They have reasonable prices for shipping seed.

This year I'm trying live plants from Vesey's, but can't vouch for them before they live through the winter.

I would never order seeds or live plants from T&TSeeds in a million of years!!!
