the leaf looks like my hardy Chicago but my figs look a little different, it may be because I live in a zone 7b/8 I'd say it's a hardy Chicago or a bud sport of it. it could me an unclassified fig tree brought over by immigrants. here is a pic of 1 of my hardy Chicago plants. you can see the leaves are the same to a T. would you be interested in trading a few cuttings? I wouldn't mind trying it to see if the figs look the same here as they do there. I have a few cold hardy tree cuttings I can send you in return.

Looks like Hardy Chicago to me too. The neck looks longer than on my trees but it's probably because of different growing conditions. Some strains of HC are healthier than others. A healthy HC is a very nice fig tree to have. Here in the desert it does very well. Soft sweet flavorful figs. Very productive. Long harvest season.
