Probably not. When I lived in So Cal, I could plant them in early March and harvest through until about late November, but eventually they would just play out.

You could start a second batch in the late summer to grow indoors for the winter.

Yes. I've grown peppers in containers through the summer and then moved them inside in the fall. I don't use lights, just put them on the enclosed front porch with wraparound east-south windows. They produce continuously throughout the winter & spring, and, while the peppers are thinner-skinned and only about 50% the size of summer-grown, they taste nice & fresh.

I was told by a Master Gardener that Peppers in a GH are perrenial!
