My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm ready to plant my "Cole" crops, as in Elliot Colemans winter greens! I picked up the lucky seven and am ready to plant.

When is a good time to start planting these greens? Is it too early to start now? I'm in zone 5b.

I bought the following, Tatsoi, Joi Choi, Minutina, Claytonia, Arugula, Mache and some spinach to go with it.
