Thanks for the compliment. The fuchsia photo at the top of the Fuchsia Forum is Chillerton Beauty,(a hardy garden bush fuchsia). As you see it has pale pink sepals (upper petals). As far as I can see from your photo the sepals look pure white, but of course this might just be the colouring in the photo. Let me know and I will suggest another name.

Your bonsai is coming along fine, suggestions to make it look even more like a tree. (a) Next time you prune back the branches, think triangle (driehoek) from top of bonsai to bottom. (b) Remove the larger leaves, every time you do this they will come back smaller, making your bonsai look more in proportion.

Just keep moist during the winter months, don't feed until next March, then with a quarter strength diluted balanced feed, NPK 20-20-20 every watering. Groetjes Kath:)

I have to admit, it was not the best picture I made... Here's a link to a top-view picture, by royal approval of Dozo, the cat. Well... it's a bit of a mix. The petals are mostly creamy white with a light green top and some have a pinkish shade in the middle. maybe this is due to the late season flowering... I can't remember if they were he same in high summer.

I hope this helps out a bit...

Dozo looks a lovely cat. The sepals of Chillerton Beauty are inclined upwards, whereas the sepals of your flowers hang downwards. I would say it looks more like 'Rose of Castille Improved' but am not 100% certain, groetjes Kath:)
