when I cut my fuchsias back after a day or so they are forming drops on the cuts.it stopped after a while,now a month later i really cut them back to what i want them to start out.some of are also starting to leaf out.they are

in a small greenhouse 40-43 degree ,but on with the sun it gets warmer.now will these drops dry out my plants?I do keep them on the dry side ,but not to dry.please help anyone? thank you
