fuchsias going outside

I have quite a few fuchsias H3,wondering if they could go outside now, out of the greenhouse,getting to many aphids with the warm weather coming onwould it be ok for over 40 degree?My H2 I guess I have to wait a little longer.

so please some one out there can help me.

Hardy fuchsias can be transitioned gradually to the outdoors now. It would be too abrupt a change to attempt this immediately, without a gradual hardening off process. You may even need to offer some sort of protection should temperatures drop.

FWIW, H3 hardy fuchsias grown in the ground in my climate are only just beginning to produce new growth for the season. Personally, I'd wait until after Mother's Day or even later in May before bringing them out permanently. That should provide ample time to transition them.

Fuchsias are relatively tough and can withstand sharp temperature variations, some are even hardy though frost usually damages the leaves of even the toughest ones.Do a little research and find out what is the latest date for frost in your area. To be on the safe side keep them protected until then.
