I should know this, and I knew it last week, but for some reason my addled old brain cannot remember it.

There is a very common weeping hibiscus that has deep pink, almost red, small densely double blooms. It seems it's a "Duchess" something or other.

Does anyone know the name? If you need a pic, I can probably get one tomorrow, because there is one planted in the median down the road.
