is white alba hardy

I have found 2 mangelanica fuschias in the perennial section named "white alba" on sale. After getting home I found the tags actually said annual on them.

My other perennial fuschia is very reliable, see pic below from last year of the variety. Would white alba be equally reliable or is it known to be less hardy?
