Should I transplant my Fuscia

I planted my new Fuschia plant that I bought from the nursery 3 weeks ago in the center of a flower bed. The container had a label saying to plant it in full sun. It is not doing well. It has slightly yellow leaves. So, i read about them and came to the conclusion that the label was wrong and I made a mistake putting it in the bright sun. Should I move it to a spot with partial sun?? Or, should I give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes? Thanks for your help.
