WOW Ellie, They sure are beautiful. I'd have to say that Black Briar Bay is my favorite, I think. They are all great! Thanks for sharing and may you have a very blessed week, Mona

This is my first year at growing daylilys and I have been lurking on this site for about six months and I think I have been able to figure out most of the "DAYLILY JARGON", but what is "FFO"?
Looking forward to learning a lot from this site, as soon as I can get the questions I have, put into some order I will ask them.
    TIA Ted

Are you at peak bloom now, Ellie? That's a great looking group you have blooming.

I like BBB too, Ellie. It looks like it should feel like crushed velvet. 'Peacock Maiden' is also very nice.

woodhawk, time to quit hanging outside and come on in. Welcome to the best forun ANYWHERE!!!

Jean, BBB is my favorite dark one and the second from the top it tetra Lavender Blue Baby.

Debra, Autumn Memories is even prettier today. I'll have to post a pic when I get them uploaded. She is showing more details..

Chris, not of my older ones are blooming. Some are just now getting their scapes. My peak is not even close. That's assuming I have one. We got a small shower last night. The first at our house for about 6 weeks except a sprinkle or two. I have been watering as much as I can which really isn't much..

Laurel, this is the first year for PM and I know her 2nd bloom will be even better. I have had BBB for three years or more....Ellie

    Ellie,
I ordered, and just planted Web of Intrigue about 4 weeks ago. Is it really as "tan-brown-gold" as it appears on my monitor? Even if it is, I love them all! (Kind of like kids!!!)

OOOOOH! I like that Autumn Memories. On Dial up it takes me forever to download pics, but I'm glad I waited it out for those.

Susan, I guess it depends a lot on the light. The second bloom ( this one is FFO ) is a little lighter but not much. Also, their shades are different ( sometimes ) in different areas. This one is the same as last year..

Maryl, I am sorry that you have to wait and I know I shouldn't put so many in one thread but it's extra time to start so many threads and then to go back and read the replys..I am sorry...Ellie

Well Ellie your fresh blooms are FABULOUS! Are some of those in your Nancy bed? LOL! I am beginning to scape here! This time last year I had LOTS of bloom so I am PATIENTLY WAITING!
I love your flower pics, but the typeface you are using to mark them is a bit hard to read dear Ellie!

Nancy, I had lots of blooms this time last year too!!. We had a little shower last night ( I do mean little ) that lasted about half an hour. It was coming so slow and soft, we didn't get much. Be patient gal, they're gonna start soon for us. Mostly what I have blooming are seelings and new ones. Yep, got some purdy ones in the Numama garden...Ellie
