Check with your county extension agent.

I'm a MG in Ashtabula OH, and we have monthly meetings where we discuss projects and volunteer work etc. This is for all the Ashtabula County MGs. As opposed to being a 'club' it is a function of the Extension agent at the office, and he moderates the meetings and keeps notes and distributes minutes.

If the county you live in does not have an MG program, maybe a neighboring county does, and hopefully it won't be too far of a drive.

In Wisconsin, the Door County Master Gardeners are very active.

This must sound silly, but how does one become a Master Gardener?

contact the Extension Service in your county, sometimes listed as the (your county) County Cooperative Extension Service. They can tell you when and where the classes are being held. In our area, most of the classes are taught by University of Illinois specialists in the fields of their specialty that are outlined in the books. Our classes met one day a week for about 11 weeks.
When you have completed the course, you will be expected to volunteer in some way, and remain active as a MG.

Tennessee is Big on Master Gardeners. I'm in the Davidson County Master Gardeners and the last class they had had 280 members. I've learned quite a bit since I've become one. We have a lot of projects in Nashville that we workon.
