My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi,

I am new to this forum, didn't even know it existed. Would be fun to meet locals between Ventura, CA and San Luis Obispo for possible potluck, mid Summer, somewhere in Pismo beach area? just a thought.

I live in Santa Barbara, own Dachshunds, enjoy gardening and mosaic art.
