it's a geranium

Anyone know what kind this may be?

It's neither a geranium or a begonia-its a pelargonium! :)

And a beautiful pelargonium it is, too!!! Now how the heck do I care for it? Should I pinch the old flower spikes off? Is it going to start dying back, here in sunny Fla? Should I cut the whole thing back eventually? I know lots of plants act differently here in FL, so I'm at a loss, especially since I didn't even know what it was!!! Thanks.

Ah these are a doddle to grow, just pinch off spent flower heads to stop it trying to set seed, and pinch back new growth to keep it bushy.
Put it somewhere really sunny and water sparingly. You could keep it outside during the summer but protect from frost at all costs!
These things can smell frost from a mile away and then die!
There in sunny FL it will feel right at home in the hot sun and will produce lots of flowers(with a regular feed)
and the leaves may colour up with a darker zone(hence the name Zonal pelargonium) tho not all do.
