There are lots and lots of Geranium x oxonianums. They usually have a name as well, like 'Rosenlicht', 'Rose Claire', 'A.T. Johnson', and so on. I could not say what yours is, maybe it is one you your self has "made" in your garden? I also have {{gwi:821075}}, maybe a cross with a G. renardii because of the pattern on the flower :-)
