Have you secured a cutting of the Melody Blue geranium? I think I've got several plants of the variety you're looking for.

Oglevee went through a reorganizing of many of their varieties so that they would fit into different series. Some varieties like Melody Blue, that did not fall under a series name at the time, were re-selected and a very similar variety was then introduced. I have found the Maestro Lavender Blue is extremely close in color to Melody Blue, and the plant is actually a stronger grower. Hope this helps.
