I googled your geranium, and on my screen the flowers look lovely - described as salmon, one of my favourite shades!
If Velma is similar to Mrs Pollock than you should be able to overwinter indoors through the winter as you do your other geraniums. The leaves probably won't hold their striking colour (they need the outdoor sun to give them that) but they should survive to reward you the next summer with their beauty. Lucky you!
