I have never grown these but they are a tender perennial like the zonal ones, so I don't see why you couldn't grow them inside for the winter and probably take cuttings in the spring.

Put them in a window. south facing is best. Don't fertilize much and cut back on watering.

I grow my zonal ones all winter. I fertilize with a very week solution only a couple of times during the winter and only water when they are dry about once every 2 weeks, but that may vary with the humidity and warmth in your house. I don't allow them to flower and cut back any long shoots

Scented are great for keeping indoors. In fact the British bred them for refreshing their indoors. Don't overwater, give them a southern exposure like suggestion above and watch for whitle flies and aphids. A soap solution a couple weeks in a row will take care of them
