My DH and I were just in San Fransisco/San Diego area for a quick weekend getaway. Wow-is it beautiful!!

I tried to do a quick Google search to see what your variety of pellie looks like- and the only response it turned up was this posting! I wish you luck with it.

I try to pull off all leaves that aren't perfectly green on my pelargoniums. Cuts down on the brown spotted stuff.

Make sure the plants are drying out a bit between waterings, pelargoniums don't like wet feet. Also make sure they're getting lots of light. Mine are outside all summer in at least six hours of sun. When they have to come in for winter, I try to have them in as strong of light as I can get here in Wisconsin. If it's not bright enough, they survive, but don't bloom. They did real well in a huge south window last winter.
