I don't recognize it. It may not be a named cultivar; but, rather, a seedling. What I can tell you is that it is a cupreata cv. I can see that by the flowers. The deep orange-red color, yellow in the throat, and most importantly, the limb (face) being at an angle from the tube. Unless you find a cultivar name, I would label it E. cupreata cv.
