It is not too tough. Dab the pollen from the anthers onto the stigma. You can use a small paint brush, a pipe cleaner or even the tip of your finger. If the pollen is ripe you can see it on the tip of your finger when you bruch your finger against the stamen.

The maximum number of seeds per individual flower is five, but you will usually only get three or four. Watch the developing seeds like a mother hen, because when ripe the fruit can open quickly and the seeds blow away. Some people put a dab of paint or nail polish on the tip of the developing fruit to 'glue' the seeds in place so they can't blow away.
