Be careful with burying stems . Streptocarpus should be grown as a king of the hill - and covering center is a recipe for the rot.

You can repot them - or just lift them up and put them back in the same pot - stimulates root development.

Streps like more light than AV - so if you grow them under lights - you can just place them closer to the lights. The second thing - you can start fertilizing them - like spraying with a weak solution of the fish emulsion.
