Are you only getting female flowers? This could be a problem with pollination. You say the turn brown and fall off before they bloom, do you mean before the start to fruit, or before the flower even opens?

Anyways, I don't notice anything majorly wrong with the male flowers. They produce pollen. The male flowers petals do seem to lose their color over the period of the day, though, sometimes.

How does the rest of the plant look? Healthy? Are their any bugs or little black bug carcasses around? What is average temp?

The leaves have seemed to cup inward its entire life, some days are worse than others at that, but only has been worse a few times.
On some of the leaves, I do see some little yellow spots or little brown spots, but no major insect problem that I know of. No eaten leaves, etc..

PS: The leaves haven't been cupped inward dramatically its entire life. Just a little bit. Some days a few of the leaves did cup in almost entirely.
Today, the leaves are pretty much the same as they used to be with cupping inward.

any change? if i had to guess--it's a watermelon that can't set fruit at high temps.

I don't know about that. I know watermelons love hot or warm weather, as they are native to the desert. That is where they originated.

Do you think if I make a diluted milk spray to spray on the flowers, will it help?

How many parts water to how many parts milk?

I have started spraying my plant with a diluted milk spray yesterday, and guess what?! Today, I found a female blossom that is full-sized and about to open up, I would guess..... tomorrow! There is also another female flower forming in one of the new buds of growth that is looking pretty good now, too!
Maybe touching the female flower blossoms cause them to die, as I touched all the others, except for this new one that I just found. Any thoughts?

A few weeks ago, I also did work some crushed eggshells into the soil surrounding the plants. I bet that helped, too!

I had the same problem until I realized that the female flowers would only open early in the morning for like 2 hours , so you need to self pollinate them early in the morning before they close.
