I've never grown loxostigma, which is pretty new to cultivation. I didn't know it origin. Its an asian genus that hasn't been grown except for the one that Stribing now has. One of our chapter members grows it--she also volunteers at Stribing. I'll ask her next Sunday at our monthly meeting (1PM at the meeting building at Stribing). Rhynchoglossm has been in cultivation for many years, but never is very popular. One reason is that it cannot be allowed to dry out. It seems to be a plant of very moist places. The gesneriad society seed fund sometimes has it. I haven't seen one in flower for many years, but I remember it had blue flowers that were very pretty.
