My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
It is high humidity plant - I keep mine in a fish tank (possibly you have more than enough of air moisture in TN). You can pinch it and reroot in a baggie. But it never went too tall for me - so I never pinched just for appearance. It shoots extra stems from rhizomes - so it gets bushy on its own. I think they have a growing cycle then they become looking ratty, die back but come back from rhizomes - in my conditions. They bloom nicely and supposed to have some fragrance - too weak for my nose to register. I think the name got changed - it is Gloxinella Lindeniana now. Never tried it for under more than 2 lights - if anybody can say - may be it likes 4? When it is fresh in its cycle - leaves are fabulous.
