My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I've had great success all these years growing them indoors. The one problem is that the blooms don't last very long..perhaps 3 days and then they go south. Never really did any research, so I do not know if this is typical...anyone????
I think temperature is the deciding factor. With temps in the mid 70's & over, blossoms don't last as long as a plant growing in cooler conditions. My best blooms occur when the plant room is struggling to maintain a 70 degree day.
