Most of my streps would rather put up flowers than grow leaves, but I have two varieties that just won't bloom even though they are growing under the same conditions and in the same potting mix as the bloomers. These varieties are Lemonade and It Makes Scents. I've tried higher phosphate fertilizer. Any advice to coax them into flowering for me?
