I started these from seed some time ago, but when they got 2 leaves, they stalled and have basically done nothing but deteriorate ever since. Leaf tips are yellowing and browning ..... There are new leaves just starting on some, but I don't think they've grown in a few weeks. I've been growing it in humid conditions in a peat/perlite/vermiculite mix. Leaves are about 1" long and 1/8" wide.

Of course, now that I look at gesneriads.ca, it says these are unifoliate and monocarpic? Not mine. At least, they're not unifoliate - definitely at least bifoliate.
