My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
my apologies for being a pest - but it is not Gloxinia. It is Sinningia speciosa. Same as Nematanthus is NOT a guppy plant, Columnea is NOT a flying dolphins plant etc.etc. Gloxinia perennis - is the most attractive of all Gloxinias - has large bell shaped pale lavender flowers with a light fragrance. .
A friend of mine has lots of fun cross pollinating S, speciosas with different characteristics. The seeds are ready quite soon - and plants can come into bloom in 9 months.
Another piece of information - this is great photo of so called "splash cups". The seeds fly out quite far when a drop of rain hits this open seed pod. Looks like there is plenty of rain in Brazil - and this is probably the best way these plants can spread the seeds.
