I did a quick google search.

Kunyit - usually refers to Curcuma longa aka C. Domestica -I'm not sure about the red-stripe variety though. (Ibu Kunyit refers to the rhizome as opposed to the leaf, which is aso used for cooking - Ibu means "mother")

Halia Merah - Curcuma xanthorrhiza or (Called Temulawak in Indonesia, where its a popular herbal remedy)

Halia Bara - Zingiber officinale var rubrum
