Jupiter Swap

It was nice seeing so many of you today. I spent most of the night looking up the names of plants to find their proper homes. Thank you all for a wonderful day full of good food, cool plants and amazing people.

Cherie,

Your yard was amazing and something I strive to obtain in five years :-) You have done so much work and the new pond is fabulous.

Ginibee, you did not take your 4'o clock's, but I think you got seeds. Let me know if they sprout. I will keep the ones in the pot for the next swap, unless you want to come by.

D'Ann,

I am holding your baking sheet hostage until you present for a puppy play date :-) We also have to cut you the sun roses.

There were also what looked like two little frangipani (plumeria) cuttings. I don't know who they were for. But if you want them let me know and I will get them to you.

See you all again soon. :-)

Trini, thank you so much for a wonderful day. You have done an amazing amount of work to your garden since I was there last swap. It looks wonderful. The two plumeria cutting I left for who ever wanted them, so I guess they are yours now. They should be hardened off now, so they are ready to plant. Thank you and hubby again for the day. :o)

Michelle, it was a wonderful day!! You and Matt have transformed your yard into a beautiful garden. I don't know how you did it all in such a short time. It was great to see everyone and thanks for my new plants

I got the 4 o'clock seeds instead of the plants and I'm sure they'll sprout.

    Thanks again,

    Ginny

It was good to see everyone, after such a long, long time and it has definitely inspired me to restart the Swap-A-Que.

    Bernie,

Sorry you didn't make it. From what I hear there will be many more swaps coming up soon.

    Katkin,
Do you know what color the plumeria are. Not that it matter much. The trees make excellent places for orchids.

Ginny, I am sure they will sprout. They are very easy to start. Just throw them down anywhere. Hopefully I will have some orange soon.

Trini, I am sorry I can't say for sure. When I cut them I said I'd remember which one it was, but senior brain kicked in. My guess is pink. They are hardened off and ready to plant. You should come to my house I can give you some others. Send me an email if you are interested.

Wish I could have been there. Sounds like a great time. But we want photos. Wahhhh.

And Ricky, resurrecting the Swap-a-Que sounds fun. I lost my beautiful Cassia you gave me when I moved. Tried to dig it up and move it, but it didn't make it. I saved some of the seeds, but never ran across them unpacking.

    Randy,

It sounds like there will be many more get togethers in the near future.

I never remember to take pics except of course of the dogs and garden :-)
