It sounds like your plant is not getting enough light. If you can give it more, new growth will not droop----however the old growth will probably remain that way. :)

Thanks so much! I was worried that it was not getting enough. Also, I'm a little concerned about humidity. I have it at my office, in an east window, and the office seems a little dry. My begonia's and A.V.'s are doing wonderful here, so I assumed it was ok, but could low humidity be a possible cause also? Thanks again for your help!

Most likely it would not be the humidity, though I suppose it's possible. Usually in low humidity you get things like crispy edges/dry tips on the leaves, or sometimes (rarely) flower buds have difficulty opening. I live in freezing zone 4 and our homes get DRY in the winter due to the heater being on, but the vast majority of my gessies don't seem to mind---I don't even put them on humidity trays. Guess that's the reason I love them and am always trying new ones---I just started to grow episcias for the first time last week! Happy plantings! ;)

Contrary from what one has read, Glox do not need the so called resting period. I have been growing them year round indoors, hardly any humidity and they always come back and rebloom. The one factor they do need is good light. After blooming, I cut off all the remaining leafs to a stub. Stop watering Until I see a little growth starting to emerge. This may take a couple of weeks or more and that is the only dormant stage necessary. When new growth appears that is when I start watering and weekly fertilize until the first buds appear and then stop. I water it almost daily so the buds would open. Hope this helps.
