Only Aeschynanthus close to 'kewform' is 'Kew Pink'. The link below shows what it looks like. Very narrow leaves. Is this what you've got?

Mutantplantlover, thanks for the link. The leaves don't look the same, as far as I can tell. Since my plant is just a baby, I don't know what the flowers look like. Rob's describes it thus: "Unusual tubular reddish blooms with dark green, waxy, backs. Thick, waxy, dark green leaves heavily veined and patterned with dark maroon-brown. Makes a beautiful foliage plant even when not in bloom." Here's the link to the photo: http://www.robsviolet.com/aes_kewform.htm. If all else fails, I'll call Rob's and ask them, but I hate to bother them.

Supposedly it is Aesachynanthus longicaulis - cultivar with especially beautiful markings, comes from Kew Royal Botanic Gardens.
