Fragrant Plants

Fragrant shrub ID

Hello,

There's a pretty shrub on campus (blooms in the spring) that has pink blooms and smells wonderful. A sweet, soapy scent that wafts. The flowers look sort of like a mallow, but I don't think that's it. Any idea what it could be?

Thanks:)
