Delicata, There are several cultivars, Honey Boat being one of the better of this group.

One word of warning. Deleicatas are C. pepo and will readily cross with crooknecks, straightnecks, zucchini, acorns, halloween pumpkins etc. Unless the grower grew in isolation which is unlikely, the saved seed will give you some strange hybrids.
