Never heard of cheesquake. I've seen Iran offered in various catalogues. Amy Goldman says that it's beautiful and long-lasting but unless you like boiled turnip pablum, don't bother eating it. It being a maxima, I don't expect it would have any especially different needs than other maximas. It really does look beautiful!

Swaine.....have any luck finding the "Iran" squash...I have been trying to find some seed and the only place I have located some seed is at "Seed-by-Size" in the UK but it is a little pricey for me to buy and shipped......maybe we could go in on some...
