Occasionally the Horticulture Centre of the Pacific has plants for sale: I saw this Stipa arundinacea (also, I've since read, called New Zealand Wind Grass) there yesterday. It was the only one they had, but I liked the look of it, asked about it, was told it was evergreen, and so I bought it. I'm hoping it will turn out to be as interesting as some of the web sites say it is.
