I tried posting a scan of part of this a few months ago, but the quality was terrible. Here's a pic I took of this plant the other day while taking one of our drives through Rumsey Canyon in the Capay Valley, California.

This isn't the best time of year for this plant, but you get the idea. The stems are reed-like.

Any guesses? If so, would anyone know how I might go about propagating it?
