I just googled 'fried squash blossoms' and found a ton of information for frying all kinds of squash and pumpkin blossoms. I think you'll find what you're looking for if you do the same. good luck.

I think you should grow zuchini. They are very prolific and would give you a lot of blossoms!

Johnny's Selected Seeds recommends Costata Romanesco zucchini which produces lots of male blossoms.
