My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vetiver

I have a sloping yard and clay soil and I'm thinking about using vetiver grass to make a horizontal hedge along the slope to support the soil and prevent erosion. Does anyone have experience with this. If so, do you have any recommendations.
