Hello, recently i overheard a few friends of mine talking about "the Jolly Gourds"? they said that they swoop down and help young children in times of peril. I figured they were merely being facesious, or talking about some legend, but then I was talking to a good friend of mine who know about such things and he said that there are indeed Jolly Gourds. He went on to tell me that most parents discourage telling kids about the Jolly Gourds because they think it will overwhelm them with "fantasy ideas", and eventually lead them to feel the Jolly Gourds actually belong in that catergory. Personally, I'd like to beleive in the Jolly Gourds myself, but I think I'm probably too old for them to ever shine their carapace at me. What do you think, is it worth a try?
